Our commitment to customers is thirty minutes from the time of request in areas of coverage for immediate requests. Advanced bookings can be scheduled 48 hours or more in advance.

The responder will be assigned and presented to the requester automatically for immediate requests and shared in advance for your acceptance in the app for advanced bookings. All responders are equally certified and of equal qualifications in physical security (i.e. vetted for qualifications and backgrounds and experienced in martial arts, law enforcement, etc.).

Yes, all your historical transactions are available for you to view via the urKnight app.

Can I rate responders?Yes, the urKnight mobile app has a rating function available to both requesters and responders. This way, we can make sure you get the quality services you deserve at all times.

Can I chat with customer support?Yes, urKnight customer support is available via email and phone via the urKnight app.

How far in advance can I schedule a responder?In most cases, 48 hours to a few weeks in advance.

Will responders come if an unsafe condition already exists?If your request is one that requires support for an unsafe condition (i.e. crimes in progress), we highly encourage you to contact local law enforcement. This can be done through the urKnight app at the tap of a button while urKnight responders are there for you as a preventative and defensive measure to keep you safe prior to any altercations where you need the support of local police and authorities.

Is it safe to call urKnight body guards? How do I know they are qualified and trustworthy?urKnight guards are vetted to make sure they are reliable and highly experienced. The guards perform services under the licensing of your local security services providers to ensure they meet all local qualifications to operate. Furthermore, urKnight conducts recurring checks for guard qualifications (e.g. Singapore WSQ, International Foundation For Protection Officers, gun permits, background checks) to operate in your area. Our unique rating system also ensures high quality so you can feel safe in knowing that guards that come to your rescue are highly trustworthy, qualified and experienced.

What do I do if I have issues with the security professional that is called to help me?Considering our selection criteria and vetting process, we expect that you should not have any issues with security professionals called on for service. However, to ensure we keep you safe at all times through the engagement, the urKnight app functionality allows you to contact urKnight, use a panic button in the app to alert local authorities or to set off an alarm on your device through the app to notify others in the vicinity should you feel unsafe at any time.
